I was in the market to buy a new house. It was my third home purchase so I wasn't a novice. I decided to go with Claire Gladstein. I didn't know her but it was the BEST decision that I could have made. The first word that I would use to describe Claire is HUSTLE. Within 24 hours of describing to Claire what I wanted she found what for me was a dream home, with the features that I had asked for within the price that I could afford. She took me to see it the next day and then sent the offer letter to the seller within 24 hours! When the seller offered less in closing costs than what Claire thought they should, she pounced on them and got more in closing (and later in repairs based on home inspection findings) than I could have ever imagined! The person she recommended to inspect my home has to be the most thorough guy in Arizona! He left no stone unturned and helped identify major things that needed to be repaired—things that Claire fought for and got repaired. When my loan fell through with a major bank, Claire connected me to her lender and helped me gain terms that I could not have gotten anywhere else--even as a veteran. Claire turned around everything lightning quick, she was down to earth and made me feel like I was her only client. Even though Claire’s demeanor was laid back she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and precise her handling of all my transactions. I would gladly recommend Claire Gladstein to anyone.
